Raised in Clifton in Fairfax County, Jeffrey N. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech and holds three professional licenses in the Commonwealth of Virginia: Architect, Real Estate Sales Agent, and Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. He is FHA approved and also holds a Certified Residential Appraisal license in the District of Columbia.

Mr. Johnson has been appraising since 1992 and has extensive background in all types of residential properties, including high-end houses, new construction, renovation loans (both "as is" and "subject to"), REO properties, vacant land and cooperatives. He is also a trusted appraiser for Fannie Mae, handling retrospective appraisals and reviews for their National Underwriting Center.

Area of coverage includes Washington, DC and the Virginia counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, and northern Stafford, and the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas and Manassas Park.
